Business Development Manager
About The Role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and growing Southeast’s presence in the Tampa and Orlando markets. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and securing long-term service contracts within the HOA, condo, golf course, municipal, and commercial property sectors.
This is a growth-focused leadership role with strong earning potential for a motivated, relationship-driven professional.
Job Description/Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Tampa & Orlando markets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HOAs, CAMs, property managers, developers, and municipalities

Build relationships with decision-makers, including board members and executive directors

Attend trade shows, HOA expos, and industry networking events

Prepare and present proposals for lake, preserve, and environmental management services

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts

Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline performance
-
Meet or exceed revenue growth targets
Basic Eligibility
-
3+ years of business development or sales experience (environmental services, property services, landscaping, water management, or related industry preferred)

Strong understanding of HOA and commercial property management markets

Proven ability to build long-term client relationships

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset

Ability to travel within the Central Florida region

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Possesses basic math skills for purposes of calculating appropriate levels of product applications

Possesses a current driver’s license and good driving record

Occasional long distance travel may be required

Basic computer skills
